Megan Corey
Co-Founder, COO
I’m Megan, mom to two energetic boys (9 and 11), wife, world traveler, and lover of adventure. Based in Boulder, CO, I’m a connector at heart, drawn to women who are navigating life and leadership with intention.
As a seasoned consultant, facilitator, and coach, I specialize in creating spaces where people feel seen, heard, and empowered to think big. Co-leading Front Row Moms has allowed me to merge my passion for growth with my commitment to family and community. I help design our events, lead transformative conversations, and build bonds that extend far beyond a single retreat.

Angie Macdougall
Co-Founder, CEO
Hi, I’m Angie, mom to two amazing kids (now 16 and 19), and wife of 23 years. We live in the Okanagan Valley, BC, where I embrace life in all four seasons. After nearly three decades in leadership—from District to Division to National Sales Manager—I’ve trained and developed thousands of reps and leaders.
I was the first woman in our company’s 75-year history to have children and lead a top organization. Without a roadmap, I created my own maternity leave and built my business from scratch. The higher I climbed, the more isolated I felt. I didn’t want success to come at the expense of my health, marriage, or connection with my kids. I longed for a community of women who understood—and when I couldn’t find it, I built it.
That’s how Front Row Moms was born.

Nice to see you made it this far. I hope we get to meet one day. I believe in Front Row living with my whole heart. Since 2019, I’ve co-created Front Row Dads, a community for family men with businesses (not businessmen with families). We’ve grown to 340+ members across 13 countries with thriving hubs in Austin, Denver, Phoenix, and the Tri-State area.
I’m obsessed with systems that build belonging. Whether I’m launching a new event or streamlining operations, I aim to keep people aligned with their purpose and operating in their genius. That’s the kind of business I want to be in—while exploring the world with my family.
