About Us
Here to help gather
We’re here to help drive the vision of Front Row Moms forward for the next generation.
Angie Macdougall
Hi, I am a mom to 2 children, 15 and 18, wife of 22 yrs to my husband. I love being active in all 4 seasons, which is why we live in the Okanagan Valley, British Columbia. Over 27 yrs as District, Division and now National Sales Manager, I have recruited, trained and developed 1000’s of sales reps and managers.
As the first women to have children AND lead a top organization, as well as hold an executive position in the 75yr history of our company, I know the dynamics of balancing family & career. As a business owner, creating my own maternity leave without examples in our organization, nor guaranteed income it challenged me on many levels. The more successful I became, the more isolated I felt.I didn’t want to look back and say, I was successful in business at the expense of my marriage, relationships with kids and/or my health. I needed to find a community of women that understood the challenge, would encourage and support each other navigate the competing parts of life. So they say, when you can’t find it, create it.
Megan Corey
Mom to 2 energetic boys, 9 and 11, and wife of a loving husband, Megan prioritizes family even with the push and pull of running a business. She loves traveling, being active, and taking adventures that create everlasting memories. Based in Boulder, Colorado, Megan thrives on connecting with other like-minded, ambitious women who support each other in every facet of life, personally and professionally. This was her ultimate WHY for wanting to help start up the Front Row Moms Community.
As a seasoned leader, consultant, and facilitator, Megan is a pro at bringing people together. A master of building rapport and trust, she empowers teams through her ability to spark creative thinking and foster collaboration. She also builds community as co-leader of Front Row Moms, orchestrating events that create meaningful connections. With her passion for driving innovation, Megan serves as a catalyst for change.

Nice to see you made it this far down the page. I hope we have the pleasure of meeting one day –
I believe so fully in Front Row living and am thrilled to be bringing forth another powerful space where women find connection, inspiration, accountability, and a renewed sense of belonging. Since 2019, I’ve had the privilege of co-creating Front Row Dads — a community for family men with businesses, not businessmen with families. I’m honored to say we’ve grown to 340 members across 13 countries with hubs in Austin, Denver, Pheonix and the Tristate Area.
I have an insatiable appetite for designing and activating the systems that bring like-hearted people together while keeping everyone involved inspired and operating their zone of genius. This is a kind of business I hope to always be in while traveling this world with my growing family. The Front Row network is undoubtedly built to last, the culture is timeless, and the humans who choose to be involved are truly epic. I urge you to come see for yourself.

Within the first hour, it was clear that every woman in the room was exactly where they should be, learning and contributing. Angie and Megan are expert facilitators, creating moments of connection and learning rarely happen in regular life. I left the conference having identified specific priorities that would improve my life, and practical ideas to implement. It was kind of astounding what could be achieved in such a short time period with the gifts of these magical women leaders.

This retreat was very well organized and scheduled touching on many different areas of life and diving deep into challenging and impactful conversations. It was a safe place to let your walls down to feel loved and heard. The group of woman here were very all here for different reasons, however the bond between all of us had so many moments that we are all the same.

I’ve returned home invigorated to implement to skills and insights from such a nourishing weekend. Taking the time to set goals and intentions for myself and my family reminds me that they are my priority and just like work, I have to put intention into the plans I make to be the best version of myself for myself, yielding the best version for them. I have more love, more patience and more presence to juggle my many hats in my life with joy and focus knowing the women I’ve connected with will help me to maintain my new verve!

Through both guided group and independent activities this retreat gave me the space to address what I want to improve upon and realistic ideas on how to do it. Even more, it ignited a community driven to uplift others in the same way. I know this experience will continue to help me grow well into the future, and I am very thankful for the incredible community we've made!
I wasn't sure I was a good fit...But I learned...
"As public sector worker, I wasn't sure I was a good fit for a Front Row Moms retreat among private sector business moms. But I learned the shared value of intentional living bring us together. This group will support reflection and action towards your best life in many pillars."
