About Tjitske Sprang
Tjitske is a clinical psychologist and a mom of two kids, ages 12 and 15, and is happily married. Like many parents, she’s living the everyday realities of parenting. She works to balance schedules, big emotions, and the ongoing question of how to best support her children as they grow.
Professionally, she specializes in working with children and young adults with ADHD. She provides both therapy and comprehensive ADHD evaluations, and she is passionate about helping individuals better understand how their brains work. She also enjoys helping parents make sense of what they’re seeing at home and school, offering practical, compassionate guidance that helps families feel more confident, connected, and supported.
